MicroKnowledge provides high quality training, consulting and documentation services. Our clients include businesses of all sizes, government
agencies, and not-for-profit organizations. The MicroKnowledge

What is a 'My MicroKnowledge' profile?
If you intend to use the MicroKnowledge website frequently,
using your My MicroKnowledge profile will reduce the amount
of time spent re-typing information. The use of the profile
is optional. Of course, you can continue to complete forms
manually if you prefer.
The My MicroKnowledge Profile does not track history of registrations. It is only intended to help you complete forms quickly and easily.
How do I create a My MicroKnowledge
profile'?
Simply go to the profile
creation page , fill in the form, and submit.
What if I forgot my password?
Send an email to mkteam@microknowledge.com.
We will email your password back to you.
What is your privacy policy?
MicroKnowledge respects and is committed to maintaining your
privacy. We do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise provide
your personal information to any outside party.
Is your facility accessible?
MicroKnowledge is fully wheelchair accessible. If other accommodations

How do I register for an open enrollment
course?
Participants must register prior to attending a course. Dates
and times of courses are subject to change. Course lengths
are approximate based on the number of participants. You can
register for courses in any of these ways:

- Browse the course listing, then click the registration link on the course description page
- Fax your registration information at 518.786.6221

What are "Project based classes?"
MicroKnowledge can create special classes suited
to your unique needs. These classes may include creation and
modification of your work files, allowing you to remain productive
during the learning session.
What do I do on class day?
Please arrive several minutes early to get seated and join
us for a cup of coffee. Dress in layers to maximize comfort.
If you are running late, please give us a call at 518.786.1181.
We do not close for bad weather.
How do I pay for services?
MicroKnowledge accepts payments by cash, check, MasterCard,
VISA and American Express, and government Purchase Orders.
Payment is required on the first day of class.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made by phone or e-mail five (5) full
business days before first day of services. Cancellations
made within five (5) days of service will be charged the full
session fee.
What if I want a course and I don't
see it offered?
MicroKnowledge is dedicated to providing companies with professional
training, top-quality reference materials and post-classroom
support. We offer customized courses (at our location or your
office) to fit your unique organizational needs. Focused one-on-one
training is also available. You don't need to take a whole
course — design your own two-hour seminar!
Our expertise includes all major desktop applications and many programming languages. MicroKnowledge also maintains valuable industry partnerships to provide the highest quality of response to client needs. Do you offer pre-paid coupons for services?
MicroKnowledge offers customized training and consulting plans
to best fit your needs. Pre-payment may be arranged for any
amount.

Does MicroKnowledge rent computer training
labs?
MicroKnowledge welcomes the opportunity to rent a room for

What if I have a question after the
class ends?
MicroKnowledge offers follow-up support for an unlimited period
after desktop application training courses. If you ever have
a question about topics covered in class, just contact us
and our staff will explain the feature again. Just call 518.586.1181,
complete an online
support form, or send an e-mail to support@microknowledge.com.
Where can I get directions to MicroKnowledge?
