Navigate the Dreamweaver environment; create a web site and web page; structure the document; add tables, images and navigation; create and apply style sheets and publish.
In addition to learning to create web pages in Dreamweaver, students will learn how to create accessible and usable web pages by following the World Wide Web Consortium Guidelines. Following these guidelines makes web content more available to all users, regardless of ability, equipment, browsers or environment. Students will also learn what special codes to add and design techniques to provide optimal access and usability. Content accessibility guidelines are integrated throughout the presentation.
Recommended Preparation: Windows XP Practical Computing Techniquesor equivalent knowledge. Internet Explorer Basics or equivalent knowledge.
