Frank has a specialty in Crystal Reports and Access databases.

Frank Redden has more than 35 years’ experience training and supporting users of office application and proprietary software tools and is known for his flexible training style and listening skills. He has extensive training experience in various software applications including word processors, spreadsheets, databases, presentation tools, Internet, calendar and email, graphic design tools, Crystal Reports and proprietary software applications.

Prior to working with MicroKnowledge, Frank managed the technology needs of the Hoosick Falls Central School District and acted as webmaster for the district’s web site. In addition, he taught students and adult learners about technology tools.

Frank has a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in education from the State University of New York, College at Plattsburgh.
