She is responsible for business development and increasing the company’s visibility. She has 10 years of experience working in customer service and marketing in the business community and is a dedicated employee who has a commitment to efficiency and excellent people skills.

Karen has an administrative associate’s degree from Bryant & Stratton College and a medical transcription certificate from Andrews & Holbrook Training Center.
