Lisa’s specialty is in databases, programming languages and reporting tools.

Lisa Hebert Ryan has worked for more than 18 years training and supporting users of software applications. She is known for her professional demeanor, thorough command of topics, and ability to tailor training for every audience. At MicroKnowledge, Lisa conducts train-the-trainer sessions both for internal staff development and for customers.

She has extensive training experience in a variety of software applications including several proprietary software applications, network operating systems, MS Project, Visio, Crystal Reports, SharePoint, SQL, Visual Basic, and other various programming languages. She is proficient in a variety of word processors, spreadsheets, web design applications, business tools, presentation programs, databases and email.

Lisa has created course material for more than 20 computer courses. She regularly consults with customers to create courses, including those on website accessibility and web usability techniques, to meet the specific needs of their company.

A graduate of Russell Sage College in Troy with a degree in computer science, Lisa is a member of the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the chamber’s Leadership Institute Steering Committee.
