Louise’s specialty is working with customers on developing project management processes and procedures in addition to provide training. Louise is PMI certified.

Louise Marks is an innovative professional with more than 20 years of success in designing, developing and deploying projects ranging from one month to two years in length. She is a results-driven leader focused on organizational goals, customer satisfaction and financial accountability. She achieved Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in January 2008.

With more than 15 years’ experience in training adults, she has created an in-house training center, delivering knowledge through tech fairs and other educational activities using print and electronic media, live presentations, web-based distance learning services and hands-on training sessions. She has participated or led several system rollouts to geographically diverse locations.

Louise is part of the documentation team at MicroKnowledge and has more than 12 years’ experience in documentation efforts on proprietary applications.

She is a graduate of the University at Albany with both a bachelor of arts degree and a master’s degree in business administration. Louise is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and the Project Management Institute.
