Nancy Gonzalez is responsible for ensuring the highest level of service is provided to MicroKnowledge customers. She manages the MicroKnowledge scheduling calendar and works closely with customers to match training dates and resources to meet business needs. Nancy has extensive experience working in a business environment in human resources, staff placement, and financial management. She has been a member of the MicroKnowledge team for 14 years.

A member of the Board of Directors of Literacy New York Greater Capital Region, Nancy is also a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the Capital Region Human Resource Association. She is working on a bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resources management from the State University of New York, Empire State College with an anticipated graduation date of 2012.
