Ryan’s specialty is in training and consulting in Access, SQL and Excel.

Ryan Donelan has trained and supported software application users since 2002. He has extensive experience in Office applications and in Access database development. Practiced in the delivery of hands-on and presentation style training, Ryan is known for his ability to make training relevant and for his careful attention to participants’ needs.

He has extensive training experience in various software applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Project, SharePoint, Windows, Adobe Acrobat, SQL, Visual Basic and Crystal Reports.

In addition, Ryan has five years’ experience in developing and revising training documentation, creating demonstrations and hands-on exercises and developing measurable assessments for learners. For more than nine years he has helped end users with software support, including providing three years of systems support with Intuit Inc. supporting its line of professional tax software.

Ryan holds a bachelor of science in business administration from Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts. He has worked in a variety of settings to provide learning experiences for adults in computer and writing skills.
