I’m proud to share with you that MicroKnowledge was recently honored with the 2011 Van Rensselaer Small Business Award by the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce. The event was wonderful and we are humbled and honored at being presented with this recognition.

MicroKnowledge is a team of committed, talented and loyal employees who are always striving to provide our customers with the best possible service and to give back to the community in a variety of ways. Their efforts contribute greatly to our success.

We are excited to announce several new classes that will be offered in the next quarter. Outlook Business Contact Manager for Microsoft Outlook 2010 is a great customer relationship management (CRM) tool for small business owners because it helps you access all your customer data. WordPress is an open source blog tool and publishing platform powered by PHP and MySQL. It is often customized into a content management system (CMS) for managing web sites. Be sure to check out sessions on both of these tools.
