It’s been a busy summer with the MicroKnowledge team working with customers in many locations across New York State. Our goal is to make each customer interaction a positive one, and we are looking forward to continuing to provide your organization with outstanding training services in the fall.

We are wrapping up our 2011 Customer Appreciation sessions and are planning for our 2012 series.  Do you have an idea for a session that you would like to see us offer next year?  Send your ideas and thoughts to us and we will see which of those we can incorporate into our schedule.  Also feel free to share with us your ideas for specific hands-on, instructor-led classes that you would like MicroKnowledge to offer in 2012. We would love to hear your suggestions.

Watch for some new classes in the upcoming months, including sessions on Word Press, GoogleDocs and social media.  We will also offer some featured training sessions: Dreamweaver CS4 Database Connectivity on August 29, SharePoint 2007 Basic on September 8 andEffective Communication on September 20.

Did you know that the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York provides 25 million pounds of food a year to 1,000 agencies?  We encourage you to read more about the Food Bank in Community Matters and learn how you can help support this important community organization.
