Please help us welcome the newest member of the MicroKnowledge team, Karen Seeley, business development specialist. Karen’s specialty is cultivating business relationships and providing excellent customer service to MicroKnowledge clients and potential clients. She is responsible for business development and increasing our visibility. Karen has 10 years of experience working in customer service and marketing in the business community and is a dedicated employee who has a commitment to efficiency and excellent people skills.
In addition, MicroKnowledge has created a new partnership with Sara Carpenter of Qurve Learning LLC, which creates engaging, interactive multimedia patient education programs that help patients manage and improve their health. Qurve’s interactive programs are fully narrated and integrate illustrations, photographs, animation, and video to improve understanding of complex health conditions and encourage patient action. We are now able to offer you the service of developing online training programs for both your proprietary software applications and internal business processes.
We hope you listen to Chamber Chat on Talk Radio 1300 AM on Monday, Nov. 21 from 11 am to noon as I participate in an interview with the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce. We’ll talk about cloud computing and the benefits of using tool such as Open Office.
