Saving Common Folder Locations in Office Programs

To save time and have quick access to common folders, save the folder location in the Favorites section of the Save and Open dialog boxes.

1. Open an Office program.
2. Display the Save As dialog box.
   
3. Navigate and display the common folder in the Save in section.
4. Right click in the Favorites pane located at the left of the dialog box.  Click Add ‘Folder Name’.  Folder displays in Favorites pane.

Forwarding Multiple Emails as Attachments in Outlook

1. Open Outlook.
2. Hold down the Ctrl key and click each message to forward.
3. Press Ctrl+Alt+F on the keyboard. A new message window displays with the selected messages in the Attached section.
