Outlook: Viewing a Selected Set of Days on the Calendar

1. Open Outlook.
2. Display calendar.
3. Drag mouse to highlight the days on the mini-calendar to display a calendar view containing only those selected days.

Acrobat 8/9: Combining Saved PDF Forms into CSV File

To copy the data from an Acrobat form sent in an email, use the CSV file format.  The CSV file format provides the option to export the data that was filled into the Acrobat form.

1. Open Acrobat.
2. Click Forms > Manage Form Data > Merge Form Data to Spreadsheet from menu.  Export Data From Multiple Forms dialog box displays
   .
3. Click Add Files. Select File Containing Form Data dialog box displays.
4. Select files to export. Click Select.
5. Click Export. Select Folder to Save File dialog box displays.
6. Locate folder to save CSV file. Click Save. Export Progress dialog box displays.
7. Click View File Now. CSV file displays with combined data for easy analysis.
