Having built her first website at age 16, Raeanne Wright was always intrigued by the fusion of art and technology. While studying film and video production at Rochester Institute of Technology, her interest in designing for the screen continued to grow. Eventually, she found herself making websites for friends and colleagues…just for fun.
Based in Troy, N.Y., Raeanne Wright Web Design is the recently launched solo studio of graphic and web designer Wright. With more than eight years of professional experience, Wright works closely with clients with the intention of making excellent, thoughtful design more accessible to small businesses, organizations, and entrepreneurs.
After honing her craft at some of the top agencies in the region, Wright decided to go solo to offer a more one-on-one design experience. She offers the traditional graphic design services, including logos and branding, brochures, business cards, postcards and more, but her real specialty is work for the web. Wright’s passion is creating beautiful, usable websites that “make clients and users very happy.” Her designs are intuitive and professional, with a refined style that works within the limitations of a continuously evolving medium.
Wright also writes code. She builds clean, standards-compliant websites that utilize the latest technologies and work seamlessly across various browsers, operating systems, and devices. Skilled at WordPress customization and responsive development, she builds easy-to-maintain sites and cheerfully guides clients through the entire process, from planning through launch.
“The best part of my job is making clients happy,” she said. “I work with businesses and organizations that I truly care about, and I don’t rest until I give them something beautiful.”
She’s proud to admit that her work has indeed pleased many clients, sold tickets, launched entrepreneurial endeavors, and won several awards. Thrilled to be on her own, she’s looking forward to offering stellar creative services to the Capital Region and beyond.
